1_How native Dlls should be installed without using winetricks. for
exmple i want to install quartz.dll.

2_What is the folder that wine looks, for native dlls?

The folder is C:\windows\system32, i.e.
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32. The DLL also needs to be added in
the winecfg program as a library afaik.
